Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but not received:
Verify that the delivery address matches your order.
Check with neighbours, security, or household members.
Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
If the courier confirms the package is lost, contact us with your order details at hashbrownrsa@gmail.com. Depending on stock availability, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
